location near major transport hubs, quiet room despite street noise, decent bathroom remodel
Cleanliness could use significant attention!!! Smelly carpets and dirty curtains create a poor atmosphere!!! Upgrade the curtains and include basic toiletries for a more comfortable stay!!!

Conveniently located just a short walk from the station, the room was small but clean and warm, making it a perfect base for exploring. Breakfast offered basics like toast and cereal, which sufficed, although the dining area got overcrowded quickly. The staff were friendly and responsive, creating a welcoming atmosphere, despite the need for some updates in the communal areas.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to Victoria Station. The room felt small but comfortable, perfectly clean, and well-equipped with a good shower. The beds were cozy, perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing. I appreciated the daily cleaning service and the availability of hot drinks like tea and coffee. On the downside, the breakfast was quite basic, just toast, sugary cereals, and limited yogurt options. be prepared for the stairs. there’s no elevator, which can be a challenge with heavy luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with my bags up the stairs. I enjoyed the stay but would have liked a bit more variety at breakfast and easier access to the rooms.

Perfect spot for exploring London!
We spent 4 nights here and loved it! The location is awesome, just a short stroll to Buckingham Palace and all the shops nearby. The staff were super friendly and gave great tips about getting around. The breakfast was basic but fine for starting the day. Rooms were a bit on the small side, which was kinda cramped with our bags.

Good location, but not much else
So, we stayed for one night and honestly, the location was the only highlight. Staff were friendly enough, but the whole vibe felt off. The room was super tiny and getting on the bed to pull the curtains was just weird. Breakfast options were a joke too—just some sad bread and mini yogurt. Not impressed.

The room was small but clean. The TV was tiny and too high up, making it hard to watch. No lift, which was tough with a suitcase. Bed felt a bit cramped for two, not super comfy. It did have tea and coffee facilities, which was nice. basic accommodation.
